In bringing this team together, I wanted to have all bases covered. I hold two advanced degrees in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Arizona, and our chefs have been creating mouth-watering menus in our industry for over 15 years. We provide meals for Major League Baseball teams during Spring Training that are customized to provide balanced nutrition for world-class athletes, but we can also host the most decadent dessert bar you’ve ever seen.

Mobile Catering

Our mobile units are self-sustaining, complete with power and refrigeration. All we need is a destination to create great food, and we will be there to provide an unforgettable occasion, hot and on site. No need to “truck it in” the kitchen is right there for your event.
Our 48 ft Mobile kitchens designed to serve thousands of meals with state of the art equipment. Complete with fresh water tanks, generators, refrigeration and sinks to use for any event large or small, Our Smaller 20 ft Kitchen is perfect for smaller occasions with space constraints.
Our staff is very adaptable to the “traveling experience”. Our event resumé is not contained within the Tucson Area. We have executed events in 4 states — in rural areas where the nearest gas station is an hour away. Our staff has experience with directing and managing other temporary staff with successful outcomes.
Whether you are planning a wedding or a corporate gathering, our planners have experience planning events for 20 to 20,000 people. We take a highly customized approach to planning every detail from start to finish.

DIA Delicious Dietary Options
Tracy Butler, a long-time caterer and personal chef, created Dia Delicious out of the desire to share with others what she has learned on her cooking journey after her beloved husband of 25 years, Michael, was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Changes had to be made to his diet. To make the transition to healthier eating more manageable for him, Tracy developed several recipes for delicious dishes that would eliminate the feeling of deprivation that diet modification makes many new diabetics feel. This has allowed Michael to get healthier and enjoy his wife’s wonderful gift of cooking. Now, Tracy provides sugar-free options and carb-smart options for her customers.
