Before starting Kale Personal Chef Services, Chef Kristen Madison was a chef working her way through culinary school in fine-dining restaurants, hotels, and spas. She realized, creating beautiful, food was a constant thought, from dusk to dawn, and even in her dreams. Second, she wanted to create food she was passionate about, food with a purpose.
In 2013, she set out with an idea, that there were people like herself, people who craved artisan food, made with farm-to-table ingredients, free of chemicals, preservatives, artificial ingredients, and GMOs. Those who wanted the personal touch of a chef, and an exceptional dining experience. Thus, Kale Personal Chef Services was born.
Kale Chef Service is a gourmet catering company specializing in farm-to-table menus for full service event catering, boxed meals, catering delivery, and pickup.
We believe hospitality is creating exceptional dining experiences from our first interaction to our post-event follow-up.
Inspired by the season, and our passion for culinary creativity, Kale Chef Service has built a reputation for the past 9 years creating memorable experiences through our commitment to sourcing the highest quality, and freshest ingredients available.
We believe the best meals start with real food, whole ingredients. Kale Chef Service has partnered with local purveyors who share in our commitment to providing fresh, organic, and non-gmo ingredients. Seasonal produce is where our menu development process begins, and brings vibrant excitement to our cuisine.
We offer seasonal menus for full service event catering or catering delivery service. To get started, take a moment to complete our catering service request. We begin by getting to know you, your vision, and your food preferences.
We create memorable dining experiences, and while we showcase sample menus, we develop menus for your event based on our initial consultation and what’s in season.
Together we’ll review your proposed menu and event details, walk you through your event flow process, and answer any questions you may have.
To book your event, our deposit and signed catering agreement are due at this time.
Schedule your complimentary tasting at our Scottsdale kitchen. Here you’ll sample menu items, rentals, and finalize event details.
We’ll arrive during our designated time for unloading our catering equipment and begin the event setup. Here we’ll take over your kitchen and event space, where we will setup, execute, and cleanup after your event.

It all started back in 2015, when I was tired of working FOR someone. I was craving to have creative say and be my own boss. Pulling the trigger to start my own thing was an exciting but scary thought, but…I did it. January of 2015 rolled around and I declared my company…Lil’ Leto Catering was born.
I am also tired of people getting crap catering.
My goal was to start giving people quality food again for a fair price, and eliminating the fear of always getting ripped off by caterers.
That is why at Lil’ Leto Catering we make everything from scratch at a price you can afford.
At Lil’ Leto Catering we believe in only delivering the best. I love food and love having creative say. I got tired of seeing people pay overwhelming prices for underwhelming food, and thought “Hey! Let’s change that.” The best food is what you deserve, and what you paid for. Everything I make is from scratch and yes, I allow menu suggestions! Party Masters Events + Services LLC is locally owned and operated by Andrew Starr. Andrew was born on the East coast. Originally from Philadelphia, where he arrived in Arizona to attend Arizona State University for broadcast communications. While at ASU, he began his mobile DJ work on the weekends where he performed at ASU college parties and eventually expanded his talent to weddings and company & private functions. He also worked at various popular night clubs and produced his own weekly radio show (nationally syndicated) called Hot Mix which aired locally on 104.7fm (KZZP/KISS) in Phoenix and 93.7fm (KRQQ) in Tucson, plus over 350 radio stations in the US and around the world.
Traveling the country and learning from others in the event and party planning industry, Andrew spent time in various cities to learn about this great industry, traveling to Miami, Seattle, Los Angeles, Nashville, Chicago, and many other cities.
With Andrew’s experience and knowledge in event planning and party planning, since 1983, the staff at Party Masters are trained by the best and most passionate people in the industry.
