Meet the Owner

Bryan was born in Mesa, Arizona, where he watched his father run a successful hardware store and proudly complete construction projects. He grew up learning the proper way to not only run a business, but also to personally perform all trades from the former general contractor. His time in that environment instilled in him a deep respect for all craftsmen as well as a love of construction. Bryan earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and entrepreneurship with honours from the University of Arizona while also working on construction projects in his spare time. He married his college sweetheart Ashley Eberson, who was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona. Since starting Eberson Construction, Bryan has been selected as a Titan 100, an honor that distinguishes the top 100 CEOs and C level executives in the state of Arizona for his demonstration of leadership, vision, and passion. Bryan takes great pride in leading his amazing team, and embodying the company motto of being “The next generation of building”.

Our History

The founder of Eberson Construction earned a degree in mechanical engineering and entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona and began his professional career with a global engineering firm. While working as an engineer, the founder performed numerous construction projects not only for himself but for clients. After completing land development from dirt to custom home build, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, decks, and home additions, the contractor dedicated his background and expertise solely to Eberson Construction. He is a fourth-generation contractor, so running a quality business with passion is in his blood.
