I’m Debby.
I graduated from Penn State with a major in geography and minor in forest science.
Joined the Army Reserve as a technical engineer. Met and married a career soldier from Nebraska.
As a military family we traveled around the world and have enjoyed calling Alaska home. I am a duel cancer survivor.
I am warrior strong.

I’m Karen,

After retiring from The Army National Guard I have been busy going to UAA.
I grew up in a military family until I myself joined.

I always have loved parties and helping bring a smile to my Friends face with Celebrations and sometimes my special Cup Cakes!!

During planning my own wedding I realized the logistics to a wedding can almost compare to getting out helicopters to Iraq.

We are two feisty female veteran friends who love to arrange, coordinate, decorate and enjoy fabulous festivities. We became friends more than a decade ago!!!

Although Individually we have been doing events since the early 90’s we started helping each other with events, parties large and small for nearly eight years. Seeing how well we worked together we decided to start WWEP January 2018. Between us we have organized everything from corporate dinners to backyard pig roasts, in-home couples baby showers to big venue weddings and most recently the 2019 Mat-Su Wedding and Special Events Expo.
