We also offer “Take and Bake” options perfect for lunch, dinner, a cocktail party or when you just want something quick and delicious from home. When you choose our “Take and Bake” option, our Café will equip you with all the necessary serving directions to ensure the perfect meal.

Each meal is individually boxed in an eco-friendly container with cutlery, napkin and label. All meals can be made vegan, vegetarian, gluten or dairy free upon request.

These menu items are prepared in aluminum pans & delivered warm & ready to serve. You’re welcome to mix & match menu items or we can customize a menu just for you! We smoke & braise our meats to order, so some menu items require more advance notice than others.

Hi! I’m Paige Shepard and I live in Bryant, Arkansas with my husband Chris and our sweet little boy, Grant! We have been married since 2014! Chris really is the greatest. He has been so supportive and encouraging as I’ve prayed, dreamed, and worked hard to launch Shepard Organizing Solutions.
I grew up in Bryant and I love the community in Saline County. I graduated from Bryant High School in 2005, Go Hornets! I received a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Ouachita Baptist University in 2009. I’m thankful for the opportunities I had in high school and college to lead in different areas. Directing my high school talent show and serving as the special events coordinator for the Ouachita Student Foundation at OBU helped me to develop skills in event planning and made me realize how much I really love doing it!
I can imagine that organizing events like GSFEST with thousands of guests and hundreds of volunteers must have been both challenging and rewarding. It sounds like you’ve turned your knack for organizing and love for people into a true calling.
