Nutritionist
Meredith Link is a native Arkansan, and has spent most of her life in Northwest Arkansas, where she developed a deep appreciation for the role of nutrition in overall well-being. Her early experiences in ballet and golf helped her recognize the powerful connection between nourishment, mental health, and physical performance, inspiring her to pursue a career in nutrition.
Meredith earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Hospitality Innovation from the University of Arkansas in 2018. During her studies, she gained hands-on experience working with the sports nutrition team for the Arkansas Razorback Athletic Department, further solidifying her passion for health and wellness. Following graduation, she completed her dietetic internship in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, where she trained in various specialized areas, including clinical care, pediatrics, eating disorders, food service, community service, and sports nutrition. These experiences broadened her understanding of nutrition’s impact across diverse populations.
Since then, Meredith has thrived in outpatient settings, connecting with clients and helping them achieve sustainable nutrition goals. She believes in making healthy eating both enjoyable and practical, ensuring that nutrition seamlessly integrates into daily life.
In 2024, she founded Link Nutrition Counseling (LNC) to honor the legacy of her father, Dr. Curtis Hedberg. Their shared dedication to healthcare, evidence-based information, and personalized care continues to drive LNC’s mission. Today, LNC provides tailored nutrition and medical nutrition therapy, empowering clients to build lifelong, healthful habits and lead more fulfilling lives.
