At Little Owl Coffee, everything we do is fueled by passion and compassion—and, of course, coffee.
Passion: We believe everyone deserves great coffee, and we’re committed to making it exceptional. If you’re going to do something, why not do it with heart and soul? We love coffee, we’re experts at coffee, so we built a coffee company dedicated to sharing that love.
Compassion: Service is just as important as taste. A great experience can elevate an average cup, while a disappointing one can diminish even the best brew. That’s why we hold service to the same high standards as our coffee—because the best coffee moments happen when shared with great people.
We’re a tight-knit team of service-driven, quality-obsessed individuals. We love people, we live for coffee, and we’re here to make every cup and every connection extraordinary.

With over 25 years of experience in food and hospitality, Andrew and Lina have seen it all—the great, the not-so-great, and the places where shortcuts simply shouldn’t be taken.
In October 2021, driven by their passion for wholesome, nutritious food, they made the leap from New York City to Denver, ready to build something special. Campo was born from their desire to create balance in every aspect of life—starting with the food we eat.
Since opening, they’ve been working closely with local farms, sourcing the freshest ingredients, and bringing a new level of quality to Denver’s RiNo neighborhood—where every meal is crafted with care and purpose.

The Juicing Tree began with a simple love for fresh-pressed juice and the unmatched benefits it brings. While working on a project in Los Angeles, Paul developed a deep appreciation for the quality, refreshment, and nutrition found at his favorite juice stand. When he returned to Denver and couldn’t find a worthy alternative, he knew the city deserved something just as fresh, clean, and delicious.
Lesley, a Family Nurse Practitioner, recognized the importance of nutrition in overall health and was intrigued by the idea. After researching juicing methods and its healing benefits, she was fully on board. Together, they discovered the Norwalk Juicer and planted the roots of The Juicing Tree.
What started with pulp-covered cabinets quickly grew into a passionate, quality-driven juicing operation. Today, The Juicing Tree runs from a certified commercial kitchen—our micro juicery—where we carefully extract all the nutrients from fresh, hand-selected organic ingredients. Whether you need a refreshing boost, a detoxifying cleanse, a nourishing liquid meal, or just a simple way to feel healthier and more vibrant, we’re here to deliver the best juice Colorado has to offer.
SAME Café was born from a simple yet powerful idea: everyone deserves access to healthy food served with dignity. On a bright Friday morning—October 20, 2006—Brad and Libby Birky unlocked the doors for the first time, launching a café where people from all walks of life could enjoy a meal in an inclusive, welcoming space.
After years of volunteering in soup kitchens and food pantries, the Birkys envisioned a model where people could contribute in ways that worked for them—whether through time, money, or produce—creating a community-driven approach to food justice. SAME Café quickly became more than a place to eat; it became a movement.
Over the years, SAME has evolved and expanded. A major kitchen upgrade in 2012, new leadership in 2017, and the development of outreach programs like Cook to Work solidified its impact beyond its original East Colfax location. In 2019, the board approved the first replication of SAME Café’s model, leading to the opening of SAME Toledo inside the Toledo Lucas County Public Library in 2022—proving that this innovative approach can thrive in communities across the country.
At SAME Café, food is a connector, a conversation starter, and a catalyst for change. Every meal served is a step toward a more equitable food system—one plate at a time.
