The Event Group menu packages include fine dining, hors d’oeuvre buffets, box lunch, sandwich, BBQ, Italian and Mexican buffets, plus our alcohol and beverage services.
All menus include disposable paper goods. Delivery and tax will be an additional charge. We require notice of 5 business days. Staffing may be required for groups of 50 or more.

Elite Catering of Northwest Arkansas is owned and operated by Shane Bivin and Callie Flynt, both graduates of the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville. Together, Shane and Callie have over 30 years of experience in food service, catering, and event planning. Elite Catering is located in Fayetteville, but provides service to all of Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding areas. They saw the need for a fresh, new catering company that could provide quality food and exceptional service to the ever changing and growing NWA area. Then, they immediately set out to accomplish just that.

Buzz Event Planning & Design is a full service firm that curates celebrations and specializes in event production and design, as well as acting as a concierge service to its clientele.
Founded in 2013, Buzz Events creates experiences within the world of weddings, private and corporate events. Stephanie was born in Georgia, raised in Texas, and now an Arkansan for the long haul, Stephanie Benton has a deep-rooted passion for hospitality and the Southern charm to match. With over a decade of experience in event planning, she brings a thoughtful, intentional approach to crafting unique and memorable celebrations.
Stephanie earned her degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Arkansas and quickly immersed herself in the events industry. Her journey began in 2012 with a Fayetteville-based event planning company, followed by roles coordinating pharmaceutical investigator meetings and advisory boards in Dallas. She later expanded her expertise into project management at a marketing firm before returning to Fayetteville in 2017.
Throughout her career, planning events has always been Stephanie’s creative outlet. In 2019, as she started her family, she shifted her focus entirely to wedding and event planning; turning her passion into a thriving business. What began as a flexible way to work from home soon grew into a flourishing career, leading her to officially launch her own planning firm in 2023.
Today, Stephanie is honored to serve incredible clients, designing and executing events of all sizes across Arkansas and beyond. Her commitment to intentional design, seamless execution, and heartfelt hospitality ensures that every event is as extraordinary as the people it celebrates.
WEDDING PLANNING + DESIGN
We know that weddings are a milestone event in life – and no matter what your wedding vision entails, the importance remains the same.
We offer a variety of planning packages, but are always open to creating a package that fits your specific needs as every event is so unique in shape, size, design and execution. Contract pricing is custom to each event based on the date, length of planning time, guest count, location, and design.
SBE will also begin offering design and planning consultations at an hourly rate for clients that prefer to plan and execute their event but want guidance on vendor recommendations, event design, event layouts, event timing and more.
We also provide a variety of event planning services included but not limited to corporate, non-profit, brand activations, birthday parties, social gatherings, and more.
