Consult
Meet our designers at the project site to start coming up with specific solutions for each room. Afterward, you’ll review the contract and design fee estimate. Once we receive the retainer, it’s go time!

Gather
We’ll schedule a site visit to measure and sketch every room, capturing photos for our records. We’ll then collaborate on a shared Pinterest board to ensure we capture every aspect of your dream home.

Design
Time to design your new space as we create drawings and source finishes and furnishing – aka the fun part! We’ll also meet with trades on-site to get estimates (we call it Trade Day). This step takes 6-8 weeks.

Present
Now you’ll finally get to see it all! We’ll set up a 2 hour design presentation meeting at our office to show you the design concept in detail. You’ll get to touch and feel the samples of the fabrics, rugs, and tiles too!

Implement
We’ll take a deposit for all the items we’ll be purchasing and place, track and manage all the orders so you don’t have to worry about a thing! We’ll also provide your contractors with all of the information they’ll need to start construction and manage the project with regular site visits.

Install
After all the construction-based phases of the project are wrapped up we’ll bring in a cleaning crew to tidy your home. Then we’ll set a date to deliver and install your furniture in your home, complete with accessories and styling!

Conclude
We’ll wrap up with final invoices, and a walk through with you in your completed home to discuss any issues that might need resolved. Once you’re satisfied, it’s time to sit back, relax, and enjoy your completed space!
