CLASSES
Hot Yoga 26 & 2
The Hot Yoga (Bikram) class is a 60 or 90 minute beginner’s yoga studio class that includes 26 asanas (postures) and two pranayamas (breathing exercises). The room is heated to 103 degrees and 40% humidity. The benefits of practicing hot yoga regularly are almost too numerous to list here. This is the class that started it all. The heat allows the body to move better. The poses are designed to work together to promote a healthy spine and massage the internal organs. You will improve your balance and flexibility. You will find that your ability to focus will increase over time.
Balance Yoga Center Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training and is performed in a room heated to 99 degrees Fahrenheit and 40% humidity. This is the class that gets you into incredible shape in a short amount of time. You will increase your cardiovascular fitness while creating a strong core and lean body. This is our most popular class. It’s challenging, fun, and addictive!
Heated Yoga Strength
Heated Yoga Strength is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Free weights are used to add resistance and intensity. The room is heated to 99 degrees and 40% humidity. This class combines the best parts of a vinyasa flow class with a weight training class. Grab a light set of weights and hang on as you are challenged to get stronger and breathe with us.
Warm Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is defined as “breath-synchronized movement”, so a Vinyasa yoga flow is primarily focused on keeping in motion with your breath. The room is heated to 96 degrees and 40% humidity.
Yin Yoga
Join our rejuvenating Yin Yoga class and experience the ultimate relaxation and inner awareness. In this gentle and passive yoga practice, you will explore the art of holding poses, known as asanas in Sanskrit, for extended periods. By embracing stillness and focusing on your breath, thoughts, and body sensations, you will cultivate a deeper connection within yourself. Heated Power Sculpt

5. Hot 8 Yoga
We offer a full range of hot yoga and workout classes to fulfill all your needs. Whether you’re looking for a high-intensity Yoga Barre class, a more traditional 26 & 2 class, or even a relaxing Yin class — we’ve got you covered. Our classes are notoriously hot with temperatures ranging from 105 to 110 degrees
YOGA BARRE
This class is a dynamic fusion of barre work, light weights, non-impact cardio and yoga designed for developing long and lean muscles. By activating small muscle groups this class provides cross training and aids in injury prevention and recovery. Yoga Barre is a high energy class and is excellent for anyone looking to tone legs, booty, core, and arms to upbeat music.
YOGA Sculpt
This breath to movement class combines free weights with yoga and cardio to increase stamina and strength. Sculpt is a total body workout designed to sculpt and define every major muscle group. This class is high energy with upbeat music.
Power
This intermediate vinyasa-style class guides students through more advanced postures and creative sequencing. Power links breath to movement and may include arm-balances, inversions and twists to stretch and strengthen the body.
Hot Power Fusion
This set series is an hour-long, shoulder and wrist-friendly class without chaturangas (high to low push-ups) that combines the 26 & 2 and Power Yoga styles. Hot Power Fusion includes balancing, core work, hip openers and inversions accompanied by music, encouraging mindful focus and detoxification.
26 & 2
This 90 minute set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is composed of a standing series followed by a floor series where each posture is done twice. Through discipline and structure, 26 & 2 allows students to gain strength, flexibility and balance. Conducted without music, 26 & 2 assists in developing the concentration needed for meditation and proper alignment.
Yin
This slow-moving class targets connective tissue through seated and lying postures held for long periods of time with the use of blocks and straps. Yin compliments the more active classes offered at Hot 8 Yoga by increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This practice is perfect for all levels and those recovering from injury.
