Join us for a strength-based workout with short cardio burst intervals, that will get your heart pumping. We’ll use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, weighted balls, and other equipment for a total body workout.

Yoga for Everybody
Come enjoy a gentle yoga class that is accessible to everyone. We’ll incorporate standing and floor-based yoga poses along with mindfulness and self-compassion to increase our strength, flexibility, and grace.
Bring water and get ready for an intense circuit workout downstairs in the Circuit Cave that will challenge you and make you stronger, faster, and more agile.

Ways to Experience Sound Journeys
What is a typical session like?
Sometimes referred to as a “sound bath”, a small group of participants sit or lie down and they receive sounds from bowls, bells, drums, and other instruments, with time for reflection, journaling, and Q&A. Wear warm, comfy clothes.
Yoga Therapy, Life Coaching, and Personal Training
Kristin is a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, certified Life Coach, Victim Advocate Liaison, Crisis Intervention Facilitator, and Personal Trainer. She can work with you privately in any of those capacities.
