Inspired by family legends and childhood memories in Bridgeport diners and Marie’s Luncheonette, Rose built her career with unwavering dedication and creativity. After launching her own catering service and exploring Tuscany on a culinary tour with the CIA, she returned home to craft Bella’s—a cafe that celebrates modern cooking with classic soul.
