Our team of teachers is a close-knit collective, committed to evolving in our practice, our personal journeys, and our studio community. We are dedicated to the work of anti-racism, equity, and accessibility—deep and ongoing efforts that we embrace wholeheartedly. Slow and steady, yet always pushing forward.

Like yoga itself, BBY is a continuous journey. As teachers, facilitators, and guides, we embrace learning, growth, and challenge. We explore our biases, question the status quo, examine our habits, and step beyond our comfort zones. We value all feedback, honor our differences, and celebrate diverse styles and experiences—because those are what truly unite us.

Our mission is to be a beacon, creating space for others to engage in the hard work of being human and showing up authentically.
