Founded over a decade ago as a one-person operation, Beyond Architectural Interiors has grown into a thriving multi-employee firm. Initially offering engineering services, we have expanded into owner-direct design and fabrication, as well as project management and engineering consulting.

Our dedicated team of eight professionals brings more than 50 years of collective expertise in millwork fabrication, engineering, installation, architecture, and building construction. This depth of experience enables us to deliver high-end architectural millwork that remains true to the design vision while ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Services

1. Engineering

BAI is a full service millwork engineering firm.  We offer hard bid as well as time & materials pricing giving flexibility to any project budget.  We have extensive experience in all project types including but not limited to:
commercial, residential, medical, municipal, hospitality and much more.
Our flexible staff can fully support your project needs, whether it be providing initial submittals, or providing revisions, field dimensions and "for fabrication" sets.  Our pricing is very competitive and the advantages of out sourcing provide peace of mind when managing budgets.

2. Fabrication

BAI does have a small fabrication facility as well as great working partnerships with larger facilities to assist with larger projects. Our manufacturing team can meet any millwork need large or small and our transportation options allow us to support projects across the country. We specialize in owner direct project needs including but not limited to: One off Bars, Reception desks, office & hospitality fixtures, custom tables and specialty furniture pieces.

3. Engineering Consulting

BAI is at the forefront of an emerging niche in the millwork industry.  We have expanded our engineering services to include a consulting side.  The consulting facet of the engineering was established to work with both millwork manufacturers as well as architectural and interior designers.

Architectural and interior design consulting has become an integral part of our design clients' process.  This process is helping to value engineer projects up front as well as filling in the holes and gaps in regard to millwork detailing and manufacturing, leading to more competitive project bids due to the reduction of RFI's and change orders that inflate project budgets.
