As Move Coordinator and liaison between the client and the actual moving company, it is our job to make sure communication never breaks down ensuring a smooth, complete, and successful move.  Whether the move is for a large, medium, or small company, each task and attention to detail is of the most importance to us.  It is the responsibility of Broxton Design to keep the move on track, on time, and on budget. 4. Home Staging

“Staging your home to maximize the appeal and value”

Broxton Design offers Home Staging services in both occupied and vacant residences.  We work closely with the realtor and seller to set the stage for a successful open house and more importantly, a quick sell and profitable return on investment.

To get the space ready to be picture perfect before going on the market, we walk through each area of the home, advising the seller on each existing piece of furniture or accessory that needs to be removed or staged in such a way that only an expert can see the value in its placement.
