About Campo Kitchen

With over 25 years of experience in food and hospitality, Andrew and Lina have seen it all—the great, the not-so-great, and the places where shortcuts simply shouldn’t be taken.

In October 2021, driven by their passion for wholesome, nutritious food, they made the leap from New York City to Denver, ready to build something special. Campo was born from their desire to create balance in every aspect of life—starting with the food we eat.

Since opening, they’ve been working closely with local farms, sourcing the freshest ingredients, and bringing a new level of quality to Denver’s RiNo neighborhood—where every meal is crafted with care and purpose.
