You can roast a good bean bad, but you can’t roast a bad bean good — that’s why we’re incredibly selective about where our green coffee comes from. We want you to love every cup, and that starts with sourcing. Our hybrid sourcing model includes direct trade relationships with farmers as well as partnerships with the most respected importers in Specialty Coffee. This ensures farmers are paid fair prices and treated with respect. We also give back by supporting on-the-ground projects like Protect the Pickers and the new childcare facility at Finca Zalmari in Costa Rica.

Roasting specialty coffee is an art — one that can reward and humble you in the same day. Each lot we purchase gets its own roasting profile to bring out the unique flavor characteristics of the bean. We roast exclusively on Diedrich machines, built in the USA and known for their commitment to sustainability through energy-efficient, low-emission designs.
