• Inhale AM Yoga Class

Join in on a breath-based class designed to meet the beginner to intermediate student. At times a quicker flow will be offered with intentions to get the body warmer, increasing  circulations of breath, lymph and blood. Aimed at encouraging the ignition of ‘Agni’ (the fire in the body). Heated muscles, increased sweating and full breathing is encouraged to detox tissues and clear the mind. This class is here to help you get ready to start your day and manifest your intentions.

• Exhale PM Yoga Class

Relax into this slow, gentle moving class with intentions of holding space for peace, stillness of mind and softening of body. Unwind with mindful stretching including meditation, breath work and yoga props for supporting body positions. This class is suitable for all levels of student from beginner to advanced. Through a traditional flow of yoga postures, self-inquiry, and community is encouraged. Shavasanna will conclude the evening’s experience.
