Eleanor Yang, RD – Dietitian Nutritionist – Hi, I’m Ellie! I’m a registered dietitian with several years of nutrition experience. My sessions are warm, judgment-free spaces for clients to share about their nutrition history and make a plan to achieve their goals with an emphasis on building healthy relationships with food.

I’m a Health at Every Size® (HAES®)-aligned dietitian whose practice focuses on supporting clients with diabetes, eating disorder recovery, GI issues, and weight concerns. My passion for blood sugar management is rooted in a family history of type 2 diabetes and my experience as a counselor with the Diabetic Youth Foundation. Personally, I’ve overcome GI issues like chronic bloating and constipation, body dysmorphia, and disordered eating—cycling through binge-starve patterns and weight loss apps in search of control. Through my undergraduate education, I discovered the power of intuitive eating and body acceptance, which transformed my relationship with food. Today, I’ve found peace with how I eat and who I am—and I’m committed to helping others do the same
