About Garden Catering

Garden Catering’s story began in the groovy days of vinyl and disco, when Lou Iandoli founded Garden Poultry in Greenwich, CT. In 1978, he unveiled our flagship location on Sound Beach Avenue under the name Garden Catering, and the Nugget legacy was born.

Though Lou passed in 1989, his delicious dream lived on as Frank Carpenteri Sr. took the reins, preserving the secret recipes that made our famous fried chicken iconic. Today, Frank’s children proudly carry the tradition forward. With eight locations across Connecticut and New York, we’re serving up timeless flavor and spreading nugget love to loyal fans near and far.
