Our Process

1. Consult

Our Design Consultations start with a 5-10 minute phone call with one of our designers, where we discuss the general scope of the project. If we sound like a good fit, we will schedule an on-site design consultation. This is where design ideas and budgets are carefully considered. These appointments can last 1-2 hours and are the foundation of the entire project in regard to budget, design, and expectations.

2. Design

Your designer will meet you at your home or at one of our three showrooms to present your 3D design and show you materials and features. We have cutting-edge technology that allows you to see the design in very realistic 3D pictures, video, or virtual reality. The presentation will take away all the visualization barriers and make it easy for the client to see how the outdoor space will look when finished. This is also when we can present the build proposal so the client can see the total budget as well as how specific features add to it.

3. Build

Our team will bring your design to life! We are turnkey. Our office staff will handle the framing plans, engineering, permits, material take-off, and HOA. We will manage all the team members who touch your project. You will have a project manager committed to communicating with you throughout, so you understand the timelines and what is happening.
