Moving Towards a Healthy Weight
Maybe you've tried more ideas than you care to admit to lose weight, with varying amounts of success. Our relationship with our body is based on so much more than a number on a scale. Taking a holistic and balanced approach to moving towards a healthy weight can result in sustainable progress.
Class Descriptions
Strength
Join us for a strength-based workout with short cardio burst intervals, that will get your heart pumping. We'll use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, weighted balls, and other equipment for a total body workout.
All levels are welcome.
Yoga for Everybody
Come enjoy a gentle yoga class that is accessible to everyone. We'll incorporate standing and floor-based yoga poses along with mindfulness and self-compassion to increase our strength, flexibility, and grace.
Mat Pilates
Get ready for a fabulous core workout! Adaptable for all levels.
Cycle and Cycle & Strength
Cycle class
Bring water, grab a sweat towel, and get ready for a great cardio workout. Come early to get a good fitting on the bike, if indoor cycling is new for you. Cycle & Strength classes combine cycling and a dumbbell strength workout.
Circuit
Bring water and get ready for an intense circuit workout downstairs in the Circuit Cave that will challenge you and make you stronger, faster, and more agile.
Functional Strength & Length
Your amazing body deserves some myofasical release in order to promote recovery. We'll use foam rollers and other equipment to leave you feeling great!
Ways to Experience Sound Journeys
What is a typical session like?
Sometimes referred to as a "sound bath", a small group of participants sit or lie down and they receive sounds from bowls, bells, drums, and other instruments, with time for reflection, journaling, and Q&A. Wear warm, comfy clothes.
Yoga Therapy, Life Coaching, and Personal Training
Kristin is a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, certified Life Coach, Victim Advocate Liaison, Crisis Intervention Facilitator, and Personal Trainer. She can work with you privately in any of those capacities.
