Wellness & Health
Nourish Nutrition, where passion for food meets the power of functional wellness. Founded by Nicole Sattler—a dedicated nutritionist, health coach, and wellness advocate—our practice is rooted in the belief that food is not just fuel but one of the most powerful tools for healing and thriving.
A proud Colorado native, Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University and went on to receive a Master’s in Functional Medicine and Integrative Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. Her journey toward holistic health began with her battle against ulcerative colitis, which revealed the limitations of traditional medicine and sparked a desire to dig deeper. Through intentional nutrition and lifestyle changes, she restored her health and found her purpose: helping others do the same.
At Nourish Nutrition, we believe in empowering individuals to become their health advocates. Nicole’s approach is highly personalized—there’s no one-size-fits-all plan here. Instead, clients are met with compassion, creativity, and evidence-based guidance as they learn to use food as medicine and create habits that support lifelong wellness.
When she’s not supporting clients, Nicole lives life to the fullest—whether she’s enjoying Pilates, entertaining friends and family, experimenting in the kitchen, tending to her garden, improving her golf game, or soaking in the Colorado sunshine with her energetic family.
Are you wondering if nutritional changes could benefit you? This 15-minute complementary visit or phone conversation allows us to discuss the benefits of functional medicine and determine if this nutritional approach is right for your individual needs.
In this initial 90-minute session, we will review your health history, measure body composition, evaluate your current diet, analyze any lab results you may have and discuss your short and long-term goals. Together we will come up with a plan of action, you will receive a list of recommended foods, a sample meal plan and the tools needed for success.
Because I would like to spend time reviewing your entire history before we meet, I would like to have all new patient paperwork and current lab work prior to our initial appointment.
As part of your individual nutrition program, I may recommend functional lab testing to identify possible food sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, and imbalances, as well as supplement recommendations. All lab testing and supplements are additional costs, and prices vary.
In this 30-60 minute session, we will review the dietary changes implemented since our initial meeting. We will also review any lab results and modify your plan as needed to achieve maximum success.
Knowing what to buy and what to avoid at the grocery store can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. Let's go shopping together! I will answer your food and nutrition questions and provide you with meal planning and shopping tips. We will spend time in each section/aisle learning how to:
Read and compare nutrition labels
Make healthier choices
Introduce new ingredients
Utilize seasonal produce
Personalized grocery store tours are approximately 1 hour long and can be split between two friends or family members.
Are you ready for a clean sweep of your shelves? I want to help you organize and stock your home with healthy, nourishing foods. Together we will sort through your pantry or refrigerator, clear out the junk and load up with wholesome and delicious food for the entire family. Because clean eating begins at home, keeping your staples fresh and healthy will set you up for success and is an essential part of meal preparation and planning.
