Peyton Cain, RD – Hello, I’m Peyton! I’m a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Director at an eating disorder clinic. As an anti-diet dietitian, my focus is centered around recognizing the flaws of diet culture, using science to back personalized nutrition recommendations, and finding sustainable behavior changes that work on an individual basis. Each session will provide insight into health behaviors, while collaborating to set nutrition goals. Nutrition is about so much more than just a daily diet. Nostalgia, culture, connection, environment and resources all impact our food choices. My goal is to help you understand all the factors contributing to your nutrition needs. I have experience in treating eating disorders, managing acute and chronic medical conditions, and supporting clients with learning about nutrition to improve overall health and wellness.
