Recognized for her expertise within the building industry, Erin established SWAG Design Studio in 2009, addressing a void in the Birmingham market by offering comprehensive home staging and design services, enabling clients to envision vacant spaces.

With a rich background in new construction, Erin possesses a deep understanding of market demographics and dynamics. In 2014, Mollie Piccirilli joined SWAG as Design Director, amplifying collaboration with clients, project managers, builders, and realtors to materialize their visions. Jennifer Felton has been instrumental as Operations Director since 2021, and our latest addition, Lizzy Dunavant, joined as marketing director in 2023, enriching our team of passionate women in the building and real estate realm.
