About New Roots Fitness Company
New Roots was created in 2008 by Jesse and Mandy Coddington, motivated by the passion to make fitness accessible to all, regardless of age, gender, size, fitness goals, workout experience, or fitness level.
It's our belief that everyone belongs in the gym, and everyone should get the opportunity to challenge themselves physically in their pursuit to become the best versions of themselves. This belief drives New Roots' Culture that is Inclusive, Encouraging, Resilient, Fun, and Patient.
Our mission is to Help People and Build Community. We are doing both of these through our Group Strength & Conditioning Classes, Personal Training, 24/7 Open Gym, and hosting Powerlifting & Strongman events (collaborating with the Power Sloths.)
This is more than a gym; this is an inclusive community that celebrates each other's victories. Some of those victories involve lifting weights, but most are way bigger.
