CLASSES
Hot Yoga 26 & 2
The Hot Yoga (Bikram) class is a 60 or 90 minute beginner's yoga studio class that includes 26 asanas (postures) and two pranayamas (breathing exercises). The room is heated to 103 degrees and 40% humidity. The benefits of practicing hot yoga regularly are almost too numerous to list here. This is the class that started it all. The heat allows the body to move better. The poses are designed to work together to promote a healthy spine and massage the internal organs. You will improve your balance and flexibility. You will find that your ability to focus will increase over time.
Balance Yoga Center Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training and is performed in a room heated to 99 degrees Fahrenheit and 40% humidity. This is the class that gets you into incredible shape in a short amount of time. You will increase your cardiovascular fitness while creating a strong core and lean body. This is our most popular class. It’s challenging, fun, and addictive!
Heated Yoga Strength
Heated Yoga Strength is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Free weights are used to add resistance and intensity. The room is heated to 99 degrees and 40% humidity. This class combines the best parts of a vinyasa flow class with a weight training class. Grab a light set of weights and hang on as you are challenged to get stronger and breathe with us.
Warm Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is defined as “breath-synchronized movement”, so a Vinyasa yoga flow is primarily focused on keeping in motion with your breath. The room is heated to 96 degrees and 40% humidity.
Yin Yoga
Join our rejuvenating Yin Yoga class and experience the ultimate relaxation and inner awareness. In this gentle and passive yoga practice, you will explore the art of holding poses, known as asanas in Sanskrit, for extended periods. By embracing stillness and focusing on your breath, thoughts, and body sensations, you will cultivate a deeper connection within yourself. Allow the soothing ambiance and expert guidance to guide you towards tranquility and self-discovery. Unwind, recharge, and nurture your inner being with our transformative Yin Yoga class. Yin is a non heated class.
Heated Power Sculpt
The Power Sculpt class is designed for every fitness level and can help you get your body in shape. The class incorporates the use of yoga, dumbbells, resistance bands and blocks to strengthen and tone muscles, improve balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Not only is the class fun but also help increase endurance while building strength. The room is heated to 99 degrees and 40% humidity.
