Bikram Yoga is a methodical form of Original Hot Yoga practiced in a room heated to 105°F with 40% humidity. It’s open to beginners but also provides ongoing challenges for experienced yogis. Each class includes a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises completed in 90 minutes. More than just a workout, it’s a therapeutic practice taught by certified instructors trained in Bikram techniques.
Hot HIIT is a 60-minute low-impact high-intensity class performed in a heated room at around 95°F. The workout follows a Tabata format: intense intervals followed by active recovery. Designed for people who want efficient full-body fitness, it’s accessible to all levels as long as there are no injuries.
