This simple, healthy avocado toast recipe is so yummy and filling, and the best part is that it takes little to no time to make, and very easy to prepare.


The most interesting part of this Avocado egg toast recipe is that you have different variations of eggs to choose from which include.

Hard-boiled egg: this is done by simply boiling your Egg for about 10 minutes, you will allow the egg to cool down completely before pealing.

Sunny side-up egg recipe: crack your egg into a bowl, and grease your non-stick pan with a little oil or butter.

Place the pot on a medium heat stove and pour in the egg, season with a little salt and pepper, cover the pot, and allow to cook on a low heat for about 2 minutes or until the whites are firm.

Scrambled egg: in a bowl, crack your egg and season with a little salt and pepper then whisk together with a fork. In a pan, melt some butter or little oil, pour in the egg mixture, and stir continuously until the egg is well fried.

  • 1 sliced bread (toasted)
  • Half medium ripe Avocado
  • 1 large egg
  • Butter or mayonnaise
  • Lemon juice (optional)

  • Grease your bread with some butter or mayonnaise.
