Something soft, delicious and satisfying is what I define as fish barbecue. Aside from the fact that it is delicious, it is one of the best proteins one can easily get.
Fish barbecue can also be in a different species, making us have different varieties of fish. That also means that different fish can be used for fish barbecue.
Protein is one of the nutrients our body needs to function well and also one of the best ways to prepare and enjoy our meals.
Making fish barbecue is also good as the fish is mixed with different spices and veggies, which are equally good for the body and make this recipe more satisfying and delicious.

Bring out your fish and remove the scales (if it has any) and rinse it with cold water first. After that, rinse it with almost hot water to make sure the water is fit for consumption.
Bring out your blender, rinse it and then add your parsley leaves, onions, scotch bonnets, curry powder, thyme leaves, one onion, your seasoning and salt, then your oil and blend till smooth.Â
Cut out some foil paper, and put your fish on it. Bring out your blended spices from the blender and slightly slice your fish side by side to enable the source to penetrate inside.
Now rub your fish with your blended spices and make sure it covers all parts of the fish. Wrap your fish and set it aside.
For your fish barbecue, you can use your griller or oven for grilling the fish, but I like hoven for mine, it makes it faster. You can use whatever is convenient for you. Rewrap your fish with extra foil paper and put it in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
After this, your fish would be cooked and ready for you to eat and enjoy. But I would advise you to allow it to cool a bit so it does not give you a burn.
After unwrapping your fish, you can eat it inside the foil paper or bring it out on a plate.
Now slice your cucumber and onion with some yellow bell pepper in a circular shape and use it to garnish the fish to enjoy it better and give your food the satisfying beautiful look you want.
