Ingredients

  • 1 medium size cucumber
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 50g of lettuce
  • 2 tables of mayonnaise

  • 500g of chicken breast
  • 1 cup (0.24 l) of multipurpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • A teaspoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic and ginger paste
  • 500ml of vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 500g of carrots
  • 1 big-size egg
  • 10g of sweet corn

1. Sought your chicken (step one)

Rinse your chicken and slice them into stripes, afterwards set aside. In a bowl, put in your measured mayonnaise, tomatoes, ketchup, and lemon juice and mix. Add a spoonful of the mixture to your chicken, add your oyster sauce, cover, and set it aside for 3 hours.

2. Make it crispy (step two)

In a small bowl, put in your measured flour and your salt, then mix the two. In another small bowl, crack one big egg and mix and whisk it gently, now bring out your chicken and make it crispy. 

Take two stripes of your chicken at once and put them in your bowl of the flour mixture. Cover them with the flour, then remove them and put them in the whisked egg bowl. Make sure they are covered with egg too; put them back in the flour and coat them again. Then set that aside, and do this to all the chicken. Then fry them on medium heat with vegetable oil, then set aside.

3. Quick salad mix (step three)

Cut your cucumber into a semicircular shape, your carrots into stripes, your tomatoes into a circular shape, and your lettuce and garbage into tiny stripes. Put them together in your salad bowl. Add the remaining cream from your chicken used in marinating the chicken to the salad and mix.

As for your crispy chicken, you can either add it to your salad in stripes or cut them into bite size. Add it to your salad and enjoy your crispy chicken salad.
