Step two (Care Grilling)

Bring out your grill pan, if you don’t have a grill pan, you can use a frying pan. Mould your blended chicken into a flat circle shape, using up to four moulds. Griz your pan with some olive oil, and lay out your chicken on it on medium heat. Allow to grill for about 5 minutes before flipping it to the other side, be careful so it won’t get separated since it blended. After you are done grilling your chicken, set it aside.

Step 3 (healthy Veggies )

Bring out your skinless chicken breast and use your kitchen hammer to soften it by hitting the chicken gently for a minute, then cutting it into smaller pieces for easy blending. Bring your hamburger and spread some butter or margarine on it. Grill it for about 1 to 2 minutes, if you don’t want it to burn.

Remove it from the pan and set it aside. After this, bring your tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, and avocado. Circularly slice the tomatoes and cucumbers. Remove your avocado’s skin and seed and mash it with a fork to make it smooth.

Step 4 (Healthy bugger)

Get all the ingredients together. Spread the matched avocado, two sliced tomatoes, two slices of cucumber, one lettuce leaf, two pieces of grilled chicken, and another lettuce leaf on one of the hamburgers. Do this for the remaining paid hamburger, and boom, you’re grilled with fewer calories and deliciously ready.

Now let’s talk about our ingredient substitute.

Avocado: We use avocado, which is a natural fat, instead of mayonnaise. It contains more nutrients and fewer calories, Thus more healthy.
Olive oil: Olive oil has many nutrients and is more beneficial to the body than butter. We were supposed to grease our pan with butter or margarine, but use olive oil as a substitute, which contains a small number of calories. A tablespoon of olive oil has 40 calories, whereas a tablespoon of butter has 102 calories.
Skinless chicken breast: This contains just 200 calories, unlike the normal chicken that contains more than 600 calories, so we made it delicious and a small number of calories.
